How we delivered a complete digital marketing solution for OMG W.O.W. Non-Profit.

  • We developed a thoughtful strategy, specifically catered toward the organization’s mission, with goals, objectives and tactics aimed at setting the foundation for OMG Women Outreaching Women’s (OMG W.O.W.) digital brand.

  • A consistent brand is core to online visibility, so we began by creating consistency across the organization’s digital platforms, beginning with the website.

    In 12 weeks, we designed and developed the website from scratch using Squarespace, which offers integrated marketing features, including e-commerce, email marketing and digital products.

  • While simultaneously developing the website, our team developed and launched a membership community for OMG W.O.W. using the Mighty Networks platform. Development included organizing the community, planning engagement and developing an efficient payment process to drive membership.

  • We collaborated with the organization’s founder to deliver an 8-week course aimed at helping Black women launch and scale their businesses. We leveraged the new membership community to keep students connected and informed about upcoming classes, engaged participants around course content and provided exclusive members-only replays and resources.

  • In addition to assisting the customer with organizing and launching their Facebook ads account, we deployed paid campaigns to drive course participation and membership, resulting in a 50% increase in email marketing subscribers.

  • We brought it all together with a consistent email marketing campaign designed to engage donors, members and staff around announcements and launches.
